Returns & Exchanges
Still, in the event you feel your product is defective, we care most that you are satisfied with it. We can accept returns with the following considerations: Returns are incurred at your own expense and the product must be shipped back in its unused condition. If you note the print to be inappropriately handled or damaged en route from the carrier, then we must be made aware of this within 14 days of receipt.
To return or exchange an item, contact us at email@example.com, include your order number and the reason for the return. We encourage your use of tracking and insurance as we cannot guarantee refund or exchange for items that are not received back to us. After receipt and inspection of the item, your refund will then be issued which can take up to 5 business days.
